2023 James Beard Restaurant And Chef Award undanúrslit tilkynnt

Verðlaunatímabilið er að hefjast, jafnvel fyrir matarheiminn.

Miðvikudaginn 25. janúar tilkynnti James Beard stofnunin langan lista yfir 2023 veitingastaða- og kokkaverðlaunahafa í undanúrslitum. Tilkynnt verður um tilnefningar miðvikudaginn 29. mars og sigurvegurum verður fagnað á James Beard Restaurant and Chef verðlaunahátíðinni mánudaginn 5. júní 2023 í Lyric Opera of Chicago.

James Beard verðlaunin, sem talin eru meðal virtustu heiðursverðlauna þjóðarinnar, viðurkenna einstaka hæfileika í matreiðslu- og matvælaiðnaðinum.

Veitinga- og matreiðsluverðlaun James Beard Foundation, stofnuð árið 1990 og fyrst veitt árið 1991, fagna yfirburðum í margvíslegri upplifun, allt frá fínum veitingastöðum til hversdagslegra gimsteina.
